Every booking is subject to airline cancellation fees, which might change depending on the flight and booking class. For domestic and international plane tickets, Cheap Flights Reservation charges a small fee against refund and cancelation service charges.

The product premium with zero cancellation fees that was paid at the time of booking is not refundable. In all circumstances, convenience fees charged is not refundable. According to the specific airline’s policy, some reservations may not be refundable.

We support you in changing bookings in a variety of ways. Occasionally, you must speak with the airline directly. According to the airline’s policy, which varies depending on flight timings and ticket class, amendment fees on Cheap Flights Reservation are subject to change.

Cheap Flights Reservation advises customers to get in touch with the airlines directly to cancel tickets within 24 hours of departure before submitting a cancellation request on our website for a refund.

Customers must submit requests for any legitimate refunds, in accordance with the established policies, for no-show or unused reservations within 90 days of the travel date in the case of Flight tickets, and/or the date of check-in in the case of hotel reservations.

Requests made 90 days or more after the travel date or check-in date as stated above would not be eligible for a refund, and all unclaimed funds for such no-show or unused bookings would be declared forfeited.

Once a cancellation request is received, the refund will be executed as soon as possible. If you cancel directly with an airline, your refund will be handled after we deduct our service fee and any airline fees. All refunds must be processed pending processing by the appropriate airline or service provider. Please be aware that the convenience fee you paid when making your reservation is not refundable.

Refund Procedure

Only after receiving a cancellation request or claim from the consumer, travel agent, or corporate company through email begin processing the reimbursement. After obtaining the refund amount from the airlines, refunds for cancelled flight tickets will be promptly paid to the customer’s payment method. Only after obtaining a refund request from the relevant airline, hotel, transportation company, or other source, the Cheap Flights Reservation will process it within 72 hours. Due to banking procedures, credit card refunds may take up to 72 hours, while net banking refunds may take up to 7 days. Once funds have been utilized for a transaction, they cannot be transferred back to your bank account. However, it may be applied to a future reservation with us.

Refunds in circumstances of airline insolvency

In the event that an airline ceases business or declares bankruptcy, Cheap Flights Reservation shall not be obligated to make any refunds. Customers, clients, or agents may not hold Cheap Flights Reservation accountable for paying the refunds promised at the time of ticket purchase in circumstances where the airline suspends operations or declares bankruptcy.

Refund Policy

The company will not be obligated to provide you a refund if the tour or any portion of it cannot be done because of Force Majeure or Vis Majeure.

It is acknowledged that there will be no reimbursement in any way if the client chooses not to use any of the services, including lodging, attractions, transportation, meals, admission fees, optional tours, etc. for any reason.

Refunds (if any) for changes and/or cancellations will be issued immediately to the client for reservations made directly with the company via NEFT, RTGS, crossed check, or credit card; at the company’s option, it may also be reversed to their credit card account. Refund processing would take at least 45 days.

  • Any unused services (such as meals, entrance fees, optional excursions, accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing, etc.) are not refundable for any reason.
  • Any service that has been reserved in advance and cancelled in accordance with the booking policy will be refunded using the same method of payment, less any applicable cancellation fees and bank fees. (If the payment was made by bank transfer, net banking, credit card, or debit card, the money will be reversed to the customer’s bank account. It will take between 15 and 45 days for this process to appear in their account.
  • Customers can choose to keep their refund funds in our account and obtain a credit certificate to use within 24 months.

Travel Regulations

The Tour Program must be rigorously adhered to by the client. If a client does not join the group at the start of the tour, does not join the group on time, joins the group later, or quits the group before the tour ends, there will be no reimbursement. It should be mentioned that for all intents and purposes, it is the client’s responsibility to arrive at the tour’s starting point and register with a company representative at the designated location, date, and time.

No claim for a refund of unused services will be granted in the event that a client and his family are forced to end the journey for any reason, such as illness, death, or loss of any travel papers. Even if a client is unable to arrive at the tour’s starting point for whatever reason, such as lost luggage or travel documents, his reservation will be classified as a “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation fees will be assessed.

It will be considered a “no show” and there will be no reimbursement for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services if a customer uses pre-tour services, in whole or in part, or air tickets (if purchased as part of an offer), but fails to join the group for the main tour at the designated location or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements, in whole or in part.

Any customer whose behavior is believed to be likely to impair the smooth running of the tour or negatively impact the enjoyment or safety of other passengers may have their tour membership revoked by the company, and the company shall have no liability to such a customer.

The Company’s employees, directors, and managers, as well as Employees and Agents, shall be entitled to the immunities established by this Agreement, but Independent Contractors chosen by the Company shall not be covered by such immunities.

Each of these terms is independent of the others, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect if any term is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable. Any liability on THE COMPANY’s part arising in any way out of the Contract with respect to any tour, holiday, excursion facilities shall not exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no event include any consequential loss, incidental loss, or additional expense of any kind.

Booking requires that the customer get holiday insurance; the customer may, however, do so at their own expense.

Prices on our website and in our brochure have been determined using the exchange rate in effect at the time of publication or printing. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE PRICES PUBLICLY PUBLISHED IN THIS BROCHURE IN THE EVENT OF FUEL COSTS, SPECIAL/HIGH SEASON CHARGES LEVIED BY THE SUPPLIERS, INCREASE IN THE AIRLINE CHARGES BEFORE THE DATE OF DEPARTURE AND TO SURCHARGE ACCORDINGLY.

All such price increases shall be paid in full by the client prior to the departure.

The company shall be released from all the obligations under/or arising out of this contract and the client shall be assumed to have waived/abandoned all of his rights under or arising from this contract if no suit or action is made against THE COMPANY within 7 days of the last day of the air ticket.

If THE COMPANY publishes a travel plan granting a discount or other benefit, we reserve the right to end that plan or discount at any time, barring the publication of a particular guarantee to the contrary.
